Mid-size meeting rooms are the most traditional corporate meeting spaces, designed to host approximately 7 to 13 guests.
Typically used for planning, brainstorming and hybrid meetings, these environments must allow people to make dynamic presentations, share information in real-time, and collaborate by replicating the same user experience as in-person meetings: efficiency, flexibility and interaction.
The typical layout of medium-sized Meeting Rooms includes 1 to 2 large 4K interactive displays installed on the wall or mobile stand, ideal for presentations and multimedia content sharing. The videoconferencing system is provided by an All-In-One video-sound bar equipped with speaker tracking camera, expandable dual-stereo audio and integrated microphone.
Information sharing and team interaction takes place in Wireless BYOD mode, allowing participants to interact with content wirelessly without the need for a connection to the corporate network.
