Touchwindow ® developed an interactive touch screen systems in collaboration with Networkpropaganda (leader in consulting services for large scale distrubution). The interactive point is located inside the Campania shopping center in Caserta - and are equipped with RFID readers so that customers can access to personalized contents, promotions and special information.
The card allows the system through an RFID sensor to recognize the customer as soon as the card approaches the touch screen: points will be automatically credited to the card, clearly displayed in Customer page of the multimedia touch screen. Customers can check the number of points, surf the internet and find out easily and immediately all the news related to the shopping center.
