The best technological setup for a new company headquarters

The values that have always driven Valli S.r.l., founded over 50 years ago in Galeata(Forlì Cesena) by Roberto Valli, are passion and quality. The entrepreneur was able to create products where craftsmanship and Italian excellence perfectly blend.

Today, this company from Romagna represents a benchmark in the design, production, and installation of highly reliable poultry equipment. For their new headquarters, Touchwindow was also involved in the technological setup of the various environments.

CONCEPT

Implementing innovation while respecting tradition

Valli’s new headquarters reflect the company’s history: a building where nothing is left to chance, where design and clean lines blend with the company’s roots. That’s why, in this context, it wasn’t enough to install technological solutions - even if advanced - in a mindless way. It was necessary to create digital setups perfectly integrated into the workspaces.

In this regard, the technological project created for Valli consists of visualization and videoconferencing systems that discreetly complement the design of the spaces, enhancing them with technical elements perfectly integrated into the building’s architecture and room furnishings.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

Entrance halls and digital meeting rooms projected towards the future

Touchwindow's intervention began right from the building’s entrance hall. The goal was to create a setup with a wow factor that could capture the attention of visitors and convey the values of excellence and craftsmanship that have made Valli great.

On the back wall, we integrated a 110” Video Wall composed of 4 55” modules in a 2x2 configuration, featuring Ultra HD resolution. The solution was installed flush with the wall, using "push & pull" micro-adjustable brackets, allowing technicians to make precise adjustments to the displays manually.

The onboard software allows for extremely flexible content scheduling management, enabling the company to deliver its communication to employees, customers, and users in general.

The 32” multi-touch Desk with an integrated control PC is used to promote the company’s solutions both on-site and during trade fairs and conferences, thanks to its extreme versatility.  

Moreover, every digital meeting room has been set up keeping innovation in mind while focusing on the company’s desire to create environments where collaboration, both in-person and remote, can take place, and where various content can be easily shared.

Each room is equipped with a large-format multi-touch, multi-user display on a mobile stand, which can be used as a simple display system or as an advanced IWB (Interactive Whiteboard). Additionally, there is a videoconferencing tool featuring Poly and Barco systems, designed to meet all collaboration needs. The setup is completed with a Room Booking system, including a touch panel outside the door, synchronised with the calendars of each room.

Once the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of the technological infrastructure were completed, the Touchwindow team provided Valli’s staff with specific training on how to use the installed technologies. This ensured the customer’s full autonomy in managing the new Digital solutions and complete proficiency in using them—an essential aspect for the effectiveness of a project designed for long-term success.
